Episode 1 — Why I Wrote Leadership Looks Like This Sometimes
The title began with a photograph of Peter’s former boss, Bob Siren, in a suit and dress shoes, casting for striped bass on the beach after a resident called to say the fish were running. A reunion with his Norwegian exchange-student family — and his host father Niels Arne Eggen’s book on soccer-coaching leadership — gave Peter the nudge to write his own. After a lifetime of struggling with reading and writing, he used AI as a ghostwriter to finally share more than 20 years of observations about leadership.
